Quilt. Eat. Repeat.

Salsa

Kathy's Salsa

You probably don’t know Cousin Kathy, but after one bite of this salsa, you’ll be glad I do. Kathy shared this recipe years ago, and it has become one of the snacks I always make for weekend quilt retreats. It’s the perfect
“grab-a-bite-between-blocks” treat for full days of quilting, late-night sewing, and those moments when the hunger bug suddenly hits everyone all at once.

The best part? This salsa only gets better as it sits. The flavors mingle, marinate, and blend together in the fridge, making it taste better and better every day. Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips and watch it quickly become the unofficial gathering spot of the retreat. Simple to make, perfect for a crowd, and nearly impossible to stop eating, this is one recipe your quilting friends will definitely be asking you to share.
